Jason M. Grinter, D.D.S., Dentist
Dr. Grinter joined Milestone Dental Clinic in July 2005. Dr. Grinter graduated from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in May 2004. He spent a year following graduation attending a General Practice Residency Program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Here Dr. Grinter gained more experience in dentistry and gained training in the treatment of patients with developmental disabilities. "I learned a lot about dentistry during my residency, but I learned a lot more about patients and their needs. Every patient is different at Milestone, but every patient is the same in that they all deserve the best.”
“It’s not something that I saw myself doing a year or two ago.” Dr Grinter says that he moved to Chicago last year to do the residency and either stay in Chicago or go back to New York. “I thought I’d want to join a practice and do extreme makeovers all day. But what I discovered while training at Masonic was that there are more important things for me to do first. I am surprised that I moved away from Chicago, but I’m not surprised I enjoy the work I do here at Milestone. I love coming to work every morning.”
Dr. Andronova joined the Milestone Dental Staff after completing her residency at Wake Forest University, Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. She specialized in providing dental care to adults and children who are medically compromised and physically disabled . Dr. Andronova earned her Doctor of dental Surgery degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She speaks fluent Russian, conversational Ukranian and Polish and is currently learning Spanish.
She says there are no boring days at Milestone Dental Clinic adding there is a lot to learn from our patients. In her opinion God has brought a wonderful group of people together to serve his special children. She is looking forward to the expansion of the services offered at the clinic, including the use of IV sedation. When not at work you may find her hiking, traveling, gardening or reading.
